With a career in education spanning 40 years, Reba brings classroom experience from kindergarten to college, in public and private settings, and both U.S. and international settings. She is informed by 16 years as a school counselor working with middle school and senior high students and parents.

A common thread throughout her career in education has been the desire to help struggling students. Whether as classroom teacher or school counselor, she has always sought ways to shift lives onto a trajectory that could lead to success. It is now science based hope that inspires her work to find a path of progress toward wholeness for each child.
